Machinery & Heavy Equipment
Count on Freelance Appraisals to have your machinery & equipment appraised quickly and accurately. We are experienced with the appraisals of all kinds of machinery used for anything from oilfield manufacturing shops to microbrewery equipment, and so much more. Our versatility is your advantage.
Appraisal Inspection
We provide you with an Accredited Appraiser who will meet you at your facility for an on-site inspection. During this inspection, the Appraiser will collect the required information about the asset. All on-site inspection details and accompanying photographs will be included in the final appraisal report to accurately deliver the complete analysis and a professional opinion of value.
On-Site Appraisal Report Includes a Personal Inspection of Machinery & Equipment
A qualified Appraiser from Freelance Appraisals comes to you for an on-site field inspection of the equipment, and gathers the necessary data on the asset, including photos and unique specifications to appraise the equipment accordingly.
This kind of evaluation is highly effective and efficient as it shifts the burden of data collection from the business owner or responsible employee(s) to us, allowing for a deeper look at the physical condition of each asset and get a better idea of the usage and maintenance of the equipment.
Desktop Appraisal Report: No Personal On-Site Inspection of the Machinery & Equipment
A desktop appraisal is an estimation of value based entirely on the information provided by the client where an on-site inspection is not possible. This type of asset appraisal is only completed on a fleet of equipment where only a few of the assets are located too far away to make it economically viable for an in-person visit. In these cases, we take travel time and costs into consideration.
Required information must be submitted to us in detail, along with photographs of the equipment or machinery so that we may properly and quickly assess the assets. We ensure that these reports are completed with the same level of scrutiny and reliability as on-site inspection reports based on the thoroughness and up-to-date information received by the client.
Freelance Appraisal Group Inc. will generally not perform a desktop appraisal on individual or a fleet of assets where a physical inspection is possible.
